Welcome to Power Pilates by Jade Reformer Pilates Studio! By booking a class, purchasing a package, or using our facilities and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Power Pilates by Jade is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all clients. These terms apply to all classes, one-on-one sessions, packages, and use of our studio facilities.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Classes must be booked in advance via our website or app.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards.

  • All prices are subject to change. We will provide notice of any changes in pricing.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Class Cancellation: You may cancel a class up to 12 hours before the start time to avoid being charged.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel after the cutoff or don’t show up, 50% of your class fee will be deducted from your form of payment.

  • Refunds: Purchases are non-refundable, but transfers or studio credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class begins.

  • Clean, comfortable workout attire is required.

  • No shoes in the studio space.

  • All equipment must be wiped down after use.

  • Grip socks are required for each class/session.

5. Health & Safety​

  • Inform your instructor of any injuries or conditions before class begins.

  • Participation is at your own risk. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who poses a health or safety risk.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in classes at Power Pilates by Jade you acknowledge the risk of injury and agree to release the studio, instructors, and staff from any and all liability arising from your participation.

7. Classes & Packages

  • Classes and one-on-one sessions are non-transferable and expire after 12 months.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or for essential business operations.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
